Designed and permitted for a spacious property in a vibrant mid-century neighborhood of Palm Springs, CA, this ground up ADU was conceived to make the most of ample poolside space. Planned as a seamless extension of the main residence, the ADU would have provided comfortable accommodations for guests and enhanced the property’s capacity for entertaining and relaxation, though construction was not ultimately pursued.
