Affordable Multi-Family Housing Project

This 100% affordable housing development will provide 387 apartment homes for working families earning between 30% and 60% of the area median income. The project spans three legal parcels, each corresponding to a separate construction phase. To ensure seamless integration, all necessary reciprocal easements and joint use agreements will be established across the parcels.

Each phase will be individually financed and permitted, with separate building permits for each parcel. Despite this, all three phases are planned to be constructed concurrently to expedite delivery and minimize disruptions. The community will offer 147 units in Phase 1, 82 units in Phase 2, and 158 units in Phase 3, collectively contributing much-needed, high-quality affordable housing to the area.
